Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Aex Meridian, LLC website and the website design and hosting, AI agent, and digital content services we offer (collectively, "Services"). By using this site or engaging our Services, you agree to these Terms.

Services description

Aex Meridian builds and maintains AI agents for small businesses — an AI voice receptionist with missed-call text-back, a website chat and lead-qualification agent, and a speed-to-lead follow-up agent — each configured for the client's own business. We also build custom websites and provide ongoing hosting and maintenance, and produce digital content, including listing walkthrough videos and social graphics, on request. All are separate service lines; specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for any engagement are agreed upon directly with each client before work begins.

Pricing and payment

Current pricing for a website engagement is a $500 one-time setup fee due at launch, followed by a $35/mo care fee billed monthly thereafter. Each AI agent is a separate $500 one-time setup fee, followed by a monthly fee that varies by agent type (full detail is published on our Pricing page). Digital content — walkthrough video, graphics, and social assets — is quoted per project, not billed as a retainer: walkthrough videos range from $150–$500+depending on length and complexity, due upon delivery. A client may engage any of these service lines independently or together; none is ever bundled into another's monthly fee. Pricing is subject to change for future engagements; any change will be communicated before it applies to an existing client relationship.

AI agent services

Every AI agent Aex Meridian builds is scoped to the specific business it serves, discloses that it is an automated system at the start of every conversation, and includes a path to escalate to a human for anything outside its scope. An agent assists — it does not guarantee an outcome, and it may occasionally provide an inaccurate or incomplete response despite reasonable configuration and testing. Aex Meridian does not guarantee a specific increase in calls answered, leads recovered, or revenue from any agent.

Aex Meridian does not build or operate agents that place outbound calls or send outbound text messages to a client's customers or contacts. Any contact data a client provides for use in an agent workflow (for example, a customer list used for appointment reminders) must have appropriate consent already in place; the client warrants this is the case and agrees to indemnify Aex Meridian against any claim arising from contacts the client supplied.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment of the setup fee, ownership of the custom website design and content created specifically for your business transfers to you. Aex Meridian retains the right to display completed work in its own portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellation

Monthly hosting and maintenance, and any monthly agent service, may each be canceled at any time with 30 days' written notice to CEO@AexMeridian.com. One-time engagements, such as an individual video project or a digital content batch, are billed upon delivery and are not subject to a cancellation notice period once completed.

No warranty

Services are provided "as is." While we make every effort to deliver a reliable, professional website and polished video and content deliverables, Aex Meridian does not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, specific business outcomes, engagement, bookings, or search engine or social media rankings resulting from our work.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aex Meridian, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our Services.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, as that is where Aex Meridian, LLC is formed. This applies to disputes over the contract itself and does not limit who our Services are available to.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
