Information we collect

When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect the information you provide: business name, your name, email address, phone number (optional), current website URL (optional), and any message you include. We don't collect information through any other means, and we don't use tracking pixels, ad networks, or behavioral advertising cookies.

How we use your information

We use the information you submit solely to respond to your inquiry, evaluate whether we're a good fit for your business, and follow up about our services. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-party services

This site relies on a small number of third-party services to function:

  • Resend (resend.com) delivers the contact form's submission to us by email on our behalf. Resend does not run in your browser — the form submits directly to our own server, which relays it to Resend. Resend's own privacy policy governs how they handle that transmission.
  • Google Fonts are loaded from Google's servers to display the site's typography. Loading a font may share your IP address and browser information with Google, per Google's privacy practices.

Cookies

This site does not set first-party tracking cookies. Google Fonts (above) may set its own cookies or use local browser storage as part of its normal operation — we don't control this directly, and Google's own privacy policy applies. We don't use any cookie-based advertising or analytics on this site.

Data retention

We retain information submitted through the contact form for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain business records, after which it may be deleted.

Your rights

You can request that we delete any information you've submitted to us at any time by emailing CEO@AexMeridian.com.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
